Description
The BPM-F1815T0.5-L15-SB-L3 is a sound output and signal transmission piezoelectric ceramic multilayer element for small systems. Its ultra-thin structure enables installation in less space, concealed cavities or embedded housing arrangement, which is ideal for products which fell under requirement of silent appearance, clean exterior design or low visibility internal architecture.
The component uses the natural characteristics of piezoelectric ceramic materials, which are able to supply directed acoustic waves under close range. This near field directional propagation allows the propagation of sound to be focused where it is needed, to reduce the diffusion of unnecessary sound and to increase the localised production efficiency. Due to the special characteristic of the piezoelectric element without electromagnetic interference, the device consumes low power and has good stable performance in the field of sensitive instrument and wireless communication.
The multilayer format enhances the level of electromechanical coupling and maintains a thin profile. Some common applications for piezoelectric ceramics are personal audio applications, personal notification, micro-speakers, small, tailored directional sound applications, haptic interfaces, consumer electronics signalling components, light weight communication devices and embedded feedback modules for handheld equipment. Delivering controlled acoustic output in a visually concealed way, it is suitable for user-centric audio systems of the noise.
